Advice regarding the old bill!
About 3 weeks ago I kicked the crap out of someone's motorbike basically because they pissed me off big time.It was recorded on cctv too so im bang to rights. I then recieved a bill for damages worth £681 even though the bike aint worth that much. Iv now been told the fella has got the police involved. Should I ring the police myself and admit my guilt and hope that it makes things easier for myself or should I wait for the old bill turn up?

"amazing how fast you can run in a fishtail parka with ten hairy cunts running after you.."

The mental imagery is as diverse as it is spectacular.

Well! Well Well! It's my orthogonally challenged bosom buddy Floppy Jim! Fancy you popping up on a thread I've just posted on! The world is full of surprises, don't you think?

Anyhow, how are you, Flops? Still working on the old image? I shouldn't bother - harmless suits you rather well, and you must know by now how difficult it is to get accepted by all the right people on here..

I'm not sure why people are giving M&C advice on how to get out of it.

The bloke sounds like a complete cunt to me.

If the bill is more than 7 years old I don't believe it's legally enforceable. If the old bill is less than 7 years old I'd suggest that somewhere along the line, Yew tree has been subverted for personal - maybe even masonic - gain.

I suggest the first thing you do after paying for the damage you did is to seek help with anger management.

Tell them it was self defence, bike came at you with a dish cloth in an aggressive manner, your elbow met bike's fascia and caused several hundred pounds of damage.

What chim said.

Nothing worse than discovering that some cunt destroyed your property.

So what did he do to deserve your brave attack on his bike? Did he hurt your widdle feewings?

Re: Advice regarding the old bill!
Taking out your frustrations and venting your rage and fury on somebody's property is the normally the action of a twisted loser.

If I 'kicked crap' out of people's cars every time somebody 'pissed me off big time' the economy would grind to a halt.

Lucky for you it wasn't my motorbike or you'd be seeking advice regarding a new set of nashers from a dentist.

I am sorry that you are having family problems that are putting you under stress.

However, you obviously need to pay for the damage you caused to someone else's property. Get your own assessment for the repair costs of the damage you caused and pay it. I would not contact the police but you do need to take ownership of your behaviour.

Re: Advice regarding the old bill!
Snidy cunt thing to do- akin to someone pissing you off and you going and keying his car. Of course you don't have a criminal record- you're too busy creeping around. I'm not sure it's an offence to call someone a fucking cunt and doing wanker signs when you know that person can't see or hear you.

Now you're shitting yourself as you've been caught acting the cunt and want advice from strangers? Are you absolutely sure you're West Ham?

Deny everything ( even though on CCTV ) do not admit to anything ' tell the owner of the bike to do one and eventually it will all fizzle out
